Australian clinics · Practitioner-led skin care
A tool your practitioner uses in consultation. Six guided photos and an in-depth intake produce a five-page skin assessment report you go through together — so any treatment decision is made with your practitioner, not by an app.
Prescription-only, by a practitioner
This service does not advertise or supply therapeutic goods to the public. Any compounded preparation is made only on a valid prescription from an authorised Australian health practitioner.
Prepared in Australia
If your practitioner prescribes a compounded preparation, it is made for you alone by a registered Australian compounding pharmacist — never mass produced, never shipped in from offshore stock.
Signed educational-use consent
Before the plan is used, you read the disclaimers and sign on-screen. Your signature, the date and the disclaimer version are recorded on the final page of the report.
A structured, documented method
The assessment follows established dermatology principles and records the reasoning behind every recommendation for your practitioner to review — no trends, no miracle claims.
01Capture six areas
Forehead, both cheeks, nose, jawline and neck — guided one at a time, with live focus, lighting and framing checks.
02Complete the intake
An in-depth clinical questionnaire on skin, health, lifestyle, environment and routine.
03Your practitioner reviews it
A five-page assessment report with charts, photo-linked findings, a step-by-step schedule and safety guidance — discussed with you in consultation.
04You sign and keep a copy
You read the educational-use disclaimers and sign on-screen, then keep your report by secure link, email or PDF. If treatment is appropriate, your practitioner prescribes it.
